Description
C5 Hydrocarbon Resins are high-performance thermoplastic hydrocarbon resins derived from the C5 fraction of petroleum cracking. They exhibit exceptional compatibility, an excellent balance of tack, adhesion and cohesion properties, as well as superior heat resistance.
As a core tackifier, these resins are widely utilized in hot melt adhesives, pressure-sensitive adhesives, sealants, thermoplastic road marking paints, rubber compounding, tires, casting waxes and self-adhesive bituminous waterproofing membranes.
